Deadlines don't wait for internal teams to catch up or traditional advisors to ramp. We're the analytical bench for independent consultants, corporate leaders, and investors who need MBB-grade work shipped in days — senior operators using AI the way a craftsman uses a power tool.
You bill $400–$1,200/hr for strategy. You can't bill your own rate against a pricing model build — and Upwork isn't an option. We make you look like the firm you used to work at.
Every deliverable white-label, in your template, on your letterhead. Your clients never see our name. Your reputation stays yours.
Your analytics team is backlogged. The consulting RFP would take six weeks. A Tier-1 advisor is overkill. We're the bench for work that's too urgent to defer and too specific to hire for.
Procurement-light engagements. MSA available for repeat work. Outputs in your templates. Discreet collaboration with your existing team.
Commercial DD support, management-case pressure testing, portfolio operational diagnostics, value-creation analytics. We move at deal speed, not advisor speed.
NDA within the hour. Scope within 24. First draft within the week. No partner time billed while associates sort the data.
Bottom-up and top-down triangulation, fully sourced, boardroom-defensible. Delivered as a model plus a 10–15 slide pack your client could present tomorrow.
Public filings, patent activity, hiring signals, pricing teardowns, product-feature matrices. A benchmark matrix plus narrative findings your partner can walk a CEO through.
Three-statement, LBO, DCF. Scenario and sensitivity analyses. Audit-ready, matching your client's template. Documentation of every assumption so the model survives scrutiny.
Our differentiator. Demand forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation network analysis, cost-to-serve, OEE and throughput diagnostics, value stream mapping. Years of real manufacturing data, not consulting-deck theory.
Market attractiveness, competitive positioning, customer validation synthesis, management case pressure-testing. For deal teams and the consultants who support them. Built for compressed timelines.
Price elasticity, willingness-to-pay, price-point optimization, price architecture across segments. Quantitative rigor for the pricing questions consultants get asked most often and can't easily answer alone.
Conjoint, max-diff, segmentation, NPS decomposition. Survey design through analysis. For the consultant who promised primary research but doesn't want to staff a research team.
Describe the work. Within 24 hours we'll tell you whether it's in scope, sketch a rough cost and timeline, or — honestly — recommend someone better suited. We'd rather say no than deliver the wrong thing.
You give us a brief. We ship a deliverable — model, deck, report — by an agreed date. You get the source files. You own what we built. We hand off and disappear unless you call us back.
Most engagements work this way. It's the right choice when the question has a defined answer, the underlying data isn't expected to change materially in the near term, or the work supports a single moment — a board meeting, a deal, an annual planning cycle.
Same analysis, but we build it as a pipeline that re-runs on a schedule or on demand — weekly, monthly, when your data updates, or triggered by an event. You get the same deliverable, refreshed automatically. Useful for portfolio company monitoring, recurring KPI tracking, market scans, or any analysis that loses value the moment it goes stale.
Built with senior judgment, not no-code duct tape. Depending on the work, the pipeline can include scheduled scripts, data aggregation flows, or AI agents that handle multi-step reasoning — whatever the analysis actually requires. We design it, write the code, own the maintenance. You see the output where it's most useful: refreshed slides, a live dashboard, a Slack alert, a document that rewrites itself.
The reason you can't safely use a generic analytics shop is reputation risk. The reason you can safely use us is that we've built our operating model around it. Four commitments, written into every engagement letter.
Your logo, your fonts, your slide master. We build inside the file you send us. If you don't have a template, we match your existing style.
We never ask for attribution, we never publish case studies naming you, and we never contact your client directly. Our name doesn't appear anywhere in the work.
We won't approach your clients. We're bound by your client NDAs via back-to-back agreements. If your client insists on meeting the team, we defer to you on whether and how.
For sensitive PE engagements or consultant brand-sensitive work: no email trail, separate secure workspace, handoff via your preferred channel only. Standard for competitive situations.
Send the form below or email us directly. A short description of the work, the deadline, the format your client expects.
Mutual NDA signed first, before any client-identifying details are shared. Scoped proposal with fixed fee and fixed timeline within 24 hours.
Weekly checkpoints, mid-engagement draft, senior review on every artifact. You steer direction; we do the work.
Final deliverables in your template, source files, and a one-page "how we got here" brief you can use internally. Data destroyed within 30 days of close.
Watch a real build: we extract every action item into a structured database, then stand up a web app that assigns an owner to each one, tracks due dates, and lets you slice and dice the whole picture by person, status, or deadline. The accountability layer most teams wish they had after the workshop ends.
Bottom-up TAM/SAM/SOM build with 11 sensitivity scenarios, for an independent consultant's private equity client.
Four-week CDD support for a middle-market PE deal team. Customer validation, management case stress-test, risk register.
Price elasticity study across 14 SKU families. Delivered in the consultant's PPT template; Power BI dashboard for ongoing monitoring.
Two minutes. Don't include client-identifying details — sensitive specifics happen after mutual NDA. We respond within 24 hours, weekdays.
